Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.
Summary
RoleWright sells digital access to job-search automation software operated by Cogniversum LLC, a software company based in Hollywood, Florida, United States. You can cancel future subscription renewals at any time. Refunds are reviewed case by case, with the strongest eligibility for duplicate charges, accidental upgrades, or technical failures that prevent meaningful use.
Free and paid plans
RoleWright may offer free usage, founding pricing, subscriptions, credit-like application limits, or fixed-duration plans. The plan price, billing cadence, and included limits are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply.
Cancellations
You may cancel a paid subscription to stop future renewals. Unless the checkout page or a written agreement says otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid and does not remove access already delivered for the active billing period.
Refund eligibility
Refund requests should be sent within 14 days of the charge. We commonly approve refunds when there is a duplicate charge, an accidental upgrade reported promptly, or a service-side technical problem that materially prevents you from using the paid product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Refunds are less likely after substantial use of paid features, completed application submissions, account misuse, violation of the Terms, or where a third-party employer, ATS, job board, email provider, or browser environment prevents completion outside Role Wright's reasonable control.

RoleWright helps prepare and submit applications. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, response rates, salary outcomes, employer decisions, ATS behavior, or continued availability of any job posting.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe when possible. Bank, card network, and payment-processor timing may affect when funds appear. Fees, currency conversion, and taxes may be handled according to Stripe and payment-network rules.
